OBSERVATION OF CO2 LASER EFFECTIVENESS IN WOMEN WITH STRESS URINARY INCONTINENCE, Darina Davidova

Abstract: Urinary incontinence (UI) is the involuntary leakage of urine and can be caused by various conditions.
This study evaluates the effectiveness of CO2 laser therapy in treating urinary incontinence in women. A total of 107 patients underwent three consecutive laser procedures, and the results were compared with a control group of 27 women who received surgical treatment. The analysis focused on the frequency of incontinence during walking and the use of sanitary pads. CO2 laser therapy demonstrated significant symptom reduction, with minimal side effects and rapid recovery.
